It is no mystery that I am quite a wine connoisseur, or let me rather be accurate. I love wine. Adore my red blends and Sauvignon Blanc’s. I came across this delightful Rosé wine doing some online wine shopping just after the lockdown ended. You know, just in case we had to move back to closing the liquor stores again.
Goats Do Roam Rosé 2020 is a dry rosé from the wine and cheese farm Fairview. Fairview is close to Paarl in the Western Cape and also know for their goats.
You get the perfect Rosé where various red and white grapes get blended to make the best in-between pink Rosé. This dry Rosé is ideal for lazy summer lunches or even a picnic. It will go well with fresh produce like salads, salmon, and Sushi. A good companion for any fish or chicken dish or to be enjoyed with a cheese platter.
I also believe that Goats Do Roam’s Rosé 2020 was an award-winning wine in 2018.
The Rosé Rocks, South Africa’s only rosé wine competition, gave Fairview Gold for their Goats Do Roam Rosé 2018.
So, take a break and sit in the sun while pouring some blushing pink Rosé from Goats Do Roam, Fairview.
C’est la vie!
